The adjustable strap actually fits my 8-year-old without sliding off during recess, which was my main worry. Light blue color hasn't faded after a few washes either.

My son wears this cap every single day now, and the light blue looks even better in person than it did online. The adjustable back makes it easy to get a snug fit on his smaller head, and it's held up fine through a whole summer of playground wear.

The adjustable strap actually stays put, which is rare on youth caps. My daughter has worn it daily for two weeks and the light blue hasn't faded at all.
